4.3Advertised vehicle prices represent the price available to all consumers for the vehicle as equipped and include all mandatory dealer-imposed charges, including the $399 dealer administrative fee. Advertised prices may include dealer discounts and manufacturer incentives that are available to all consumers without buyer-specific qualification.
Conditional or restricted incentives, including military, college graduate, first responder, loyalty, conquest, owner, trade-in, membership, or financing-dependent offers, are not included in the advertised vehicle price unless the offer is available to every consumer. When available, conditional incentives are displayed separately and are subject to specific eligibility requirements, program terms, and expiration dates.
Government-required taxes, title, registration, license fees, and other government-imposed charges are additional.
